• Hello,

I cannot access my website neither my wp-admin area. It’s all blank. I was doing some theme changes and then all went blank. I’ve already tried to delete the current theme and rename the plugin folder. Actually I already try a lot of things.
I found on error_log file these two erros:

    07-Feb-2019 14:15:30] PHP Notice: Use of undefined constant E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR – assumed ‘E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR’ in /home/dearshopper/public_html/wp-load.php on line 24
[07-Feb-2019 14:15:30] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/dearshopper/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 1104

    Can you help me, please?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

If you’re absolutely certain you have properly reset your plugins and theme as directed and reinstalled the WordPress core files, I recommend hiring someone to take a closer look. Please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ and do not accept any hire or direct access offers posted to these forums.
