Cant Access My Website

    Hi,
    I can access my site since I installed clipper v1.3.2 Theme. I have changed my hosting server and also removed many times my database, user, but still unable to access my site. Even I cannot use simple HTML coding index.html file even it does not work.. PLZ PLZ PLZ help… My site COUPONGOLA.COM

  • You need to deactivate or delete that theme from your site files on the server – use FTP or Cpanel to find the them and delete it:

    wp-content
   themes
       clipper - DELETE or RENAME THIS FOLDER

    Thanks for your response, but I have changed my hosting server and created installed new WP, even in new server I have deleted database & user but still no result. Mainly now I cant use not single index.html file.. it shows same error… PLZ any help

    I see “Hello World” html page at your domain – but no sign of WP installed there.

    Hi,
    Ya some how, it came index.html file.. i deleted each n every files n folders from my hosting server.. but after installing wordpress same screen & same error.. where as i am not using that theme….same issue persists….:(

    Hi,
    I have checked it worked for 2minute yesterday night and then i successfully login into wp-admin but without editing any thing i signout so got same error and even I checked from different PC also still same..

    Do you have this problem with ALL plugins deactivated and a default theme (twentyfourteen) active?

    If you are having problems with Clipper theme, you need to ask the developers of the theme – these forums don’t support commercial themes.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your help… I have resolved by going to old server where it was installed & I reinstall the same theme & then removed n activated wp default theme, n then remove…. ..
