    Hello,

I can’t access my website or WP admin. On my website I get the message below.

Warning: require_once(/homepages/14/d414347267/htdocs/teresa-eng.com//wp-admin/includes/plugin.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/14/d414347267/htdocs/teresa-eng.com/wp-content/plugins/toolkit-for-envato/Models/class.Configuration.php on line 40

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/14/d414347267/htdocs/teresa-eng.com//wp-admin/includes/plugin.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php7.0′) in /homepages/14/d414347267/htdocs/teresa-eng.com/wp-content/plugins/toolkit-for-envato/Models/class.Configuration.php on line 40

Could someone tell me what files need to be uploaded on my FTP server? I tried updating toolkit-for-envato but it didn’t help.

    Many thanks in advance.
    Teresa

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If that does not resolve the issue, try MANUALLY updating. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. You may need to delete the old wp-admin and wp-includes folders and files on your server before uploading the new ones. Please read the Manual Update directions first.
