can't access my wordpress account

    Hi there,

    I seem to have trouble accessing my wordpress site. When the login window appears it doesn’t accept my password. Then I tried resetting it and it says “this key is not valid”. I tried changing the password from the phpadmin and it also doesn’t allow me.

    Please help me solve this.

    When you reset the password in phpmyadmin did you specify that it needs to be md5 or use an md5 encryption online first?
