can't access my wp-admin page externally

Hi i have installed my wordpress site on an xampp server on my local computer , and i got a static ip so i can access the website externally from other computers that i can show it to my clients, now when i try to access my wp-admin page from the internet using my static ip , i get server error in application error 404 not found.
What can i do concerning the whole thing and how to make this running smoothly , please someone help
