Can’t access order page on vendor notification

    Hi Team,
    We have a problem on vendor notifications, when we have a new order and want to click order number, it show warning “Restricted order : you don’t have permissions to access this page. Please contact your store admin for assistance.”
    but that warning is only show when status order is “order on-hold”, when status order is “processing” or “completed” the detail order page can be shown.
    And other problem is vendor can’t give a note for customer.

    Help me, please. I’ll be waiting for your answer ASAP.

    Are you unable to view the order details as admin or as the vendor when the order is on-hold?
    The vendors cannot leave a note for the customer using the free WC Vendors Marketplace, but that feature is available in WC Vendors Pro.

    Hello

    Vendors do not have direct access to orders, only a list of their order and products in this order. This is due to orders having multiple vendors products in them at the same time.

    On the front end vendors can add comments to an order which is a note but that is all. For a more robust order manager you would need to look into Pro.
