• I have a problem with accessing my phpmyAdmin. My site was working fine with WordPress 3.7 but later was told automatic update failed should update manually.
After a few days, when view my site its blank, dead White so decided to update through filezila.
After the update when try to login to my WordPress page received this” There doesn’t seem to be a wp-
config.php file. I need this before
    we can get started.
Need more help? We got it .
    You can create a wp-config.php
file through a web interface, but this
doesn’t work for all server setups.
The safest way is to manually create
    the file.
    Create a Configuration File”

When i login into my host, i try to access phpmyadmin got this ” ‘#1045 cannot log in to the mysql
    server’ error.”

Don’t really know if my host user n pass is to be used to login or the one I c hkyfdesz_?ipe in the database setting. But if this, have forgotten the password.
What do I do now, pls help.

  • Have you asked your hosting company support to restore your website from their backups ?

You need to go back a level and use your web hosting management.
Login to your web hosting management, you will be able to access phpmyadmin, do a backup of your wordpress database.

Do you have a backup of your wp-config.php ?
Otherwise use your database tools, you will be able to read nthe database user, but will have to reset the password. Similarly read your table prefix and other settings. Install your new wp-config.php
    Update your website files manually.

    my site is down
I have a copy of the files, including wp-config.php
    what else do I need?
