Can’t access plugin menu after updating settings

Hello,
Something odd happened.
I created a new site just to host a test I’m supposed to develop with your plugin.
I created a question pot and a Quiz, then I went on settings to set the email address and the name the mail should come from.
When I updated the Quiz Question button on the Dashboard menu disappeared.
Also, when the page refreshed I was told I have not the permissions to see that content, but I am actually the only user on the site and, also, Administrator for that site.Do you have any idea on how can I get my permissions back?
