Can’t access plugins

  • I mistakenly deleted of my wp-admin files..When I upload them again i tried to acess the plugins directory…I go this message
    Plugins are files you usually download seperately from WordPress that add functionality. To install a plugin you generally just need to put the plugin file into your wp-content/plugins directory. Once a plugin is installed, you may activate it or deactivate it here.
    Couldn’t open plugins directory or there are no plugins available.
    I tried Chomed plugins.php it don’t work..
    If anyone could give me some help i would appreciate it alot..
