Can't access post by ID in URL

Dear All

I’m able to access the post via permalinks like;

https://www.domain.com/this-is-a-new-phone

But, I am unable to access it with it’s ID like;

https://www.domain.com/?p=12

Please let me know at the earliest what can be done to resolve this issue.
