Can’t access settings during propagation

I have redirected the DNS for my client’s URL to the new site we built for him. Propagation is taking longer than anticipated, and I would like to edit the Under Construction settings to add their name, phone number and email to help calm down my client. But I can’t access Under Construction Settings during this propagation process. Any ideas?
