Can’t access settings page

  • Hi guys! I can’t access settings page do add or delete status. When I go to plugin settings, all I have is the premium tab.

    I have all the latest versions of this, Woo and WordPress. Can someone help, please?

    and thank you for writing in!

    You should see a new menu called Custom Order Status (see this screenshot).

    Please try deactivating all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Custom Order Status active, and try again. If it works fine, probably some other plugins are causing this issue; in this case, you should try activating the plugins one by one to find the one that is causing this issue.

    Is there a limit for 3 status?

    Created a 4th, but it only shows 3.

    no! There isn’t any limit as you can see here.

    Our developers have just tried in our local installation and it works fine!

    Please try deactivating all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Custom Order Status active, and try again. If it works fine, probably some other plugins are causing this issue; in this case, you should try activating the plugins one by one to find the one that is causing this issue.
