Can’t access Shopper options

  • I can’t access the Shopper options from my admin dashboard I receive the following error message:

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I’ve tried a member capabilities plugin, but nothing works.

    Hi Carrovan, i tried practically everything I do not know why. Can you kindly do this and see if it works:

    Assuming you already placed a check on the boxes in the Customize > Homepage section, if you can go to Pages then click Quick Edit on whichever your Front Page is, and Choose Homepage as Template.

    Kindly let me know if it works for you. That is the most logical thing I see.
