cant access site

I installed the plugin and SSL for a 2 sub-domains on this multi-site. it worked fine. then i installed it for the main domain and it would not work. After i went back to go daddy and deleted the SSL certs in cPanel, I cannot access the site any longer (front-end or back-end). Any suggestions? possible to manually remove the plugins? something i should do to the htaccess file? I have removed everything that looked related to the plugin but still no luck. It just keeps redirecting me to https
