Can’t access site or WP Login

Hello,
This is my first WP site. I was developing it on a localhost and had gotten pretty far. It was going so well…

I updated a plugin (elementor) and after that the front end of the site wouldn’t load. So I changed something on the back end settings (http: to WWW. and then back again) and now nothing will load. I can’t get to the WP admin or anything else.

This is what I get:

“This site can’t be reached www.book-flash.test’s server IP address could not be found.
Search Google for book flash test
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED”

I have searched for solutions but I’m coming up empty.

Is there a fix for this?
Is there a way to roll this site back through the server to a time before i broke it?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
