Can’t access site via wp-admin

  • Hi All,
    for the last 3 days I have been unable to access my site to do daily updates via wp-admin. Nothing has changed at this end, I have just suddenly lost the ability to access and update my pages.

    I have done some googling and tried many of the suggested fixes re re-naming files (themes, htaccess, plugins etc) to try to isolate the problem but nothing has worked.

    If anyone has any other suggestions for a non-tech user to be able to login again to wp-admin I’d be very grateful.

    I have also tried resetting my password via the link on the wp-admin page, however when I click on the link that comes though I just get an error message around tokens.
