    Hi

When I go to stats, I can’t seem to select a time period, and whatever tab I click on (Downloads by date, Download by country etc) I receive this message:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I’m logged in as admin.

    Can you help please?

    Many thanks
    David

    Hi David,

To make sure there is no conflict with your other plugins. Please deactivate all of your other plugins excepts ours, then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you.

    Hiya

Thanks… yes that was my first thought, and I had tried before posting here. Didn’t help I’m afraid.

Hi, I just finished carrying out a test in my dev site. I was able to access the Stats menu and click on all the tabs without any issues. I was also logged in as an administrator. Something in your site is preventing this. Can you confirm you have not altered any of the admins permissions using a plugin?

    Thank you.

Hiya I’ve just had another look and can confirm there are no access restrictions on this site. If you want to login I’m happy to DM you admin credentials.

    Thanks for your input

Hi David, try the following. Create a new admin account with different credentials of course. Then log in with the new admin account and then carry out a test.

    Let me know what happens.

    Thank you.

Do you have any javascript error in the admin interface of the site? javascript errors can prevent the date picker calendar from working. The following general tutorial can help you learn how to check if your site has any JavaScript errors:

Ok that’s sorted now. I’ve been using the Brave browser and uBlock Orign browser plugin, which together take exception to some of your JS. With Brave’s shields down and uBlock Origin off for the site, things work ok.

    FYI here is the error:
    GET https://xxxx.org/wp-content/plugins/simple-download-monitor/js/sdm_admin_stats.js?ver=3.9.6 net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

Thanks very much for your input.
