Cant access subtasks from task list

  • Hi Dylan,

    I am having trouble accessing the subtasks. The tasks appear on the web page as intended but when I click on a task to access the list of subtasks they don’t appear anywhere so they can be checked off. The only thing I can do is tick off a task as completed. I have also used the shortcode of the task and that does not give me the option either of accessing the subtasks or be able to tick it off.
    Am I missing something in the backend where I need to allow permission to gain access to the subtask list?

    Thanks so much for getting in touch and apologies for the inconvenience.

    This is strange as subtasks should appear if you have access to the parent task and should be possible to complete them.

    Could I kindly ask you to confirm if you mean that you are not able to see the subtasks at all or if you are not able to see the checkboxes for them to mark them as complete?
