Can't access the board at all

Hi there! I installed KanBan today and have actived the plugin. I can access all the settings but can not access the board. When I click on “KanBan Board” from the dashboard, I am directed to one of my website pages instead. What should I do?

Sorry for the trouble! The two common causes for this are having your permalinks set to “plain” (they should be set to anything else) and using a non-standard .htaccess file. Check those, and then email me through https://KanbanWP.com/contact-us I can help more through direct email.

With version 2.1.3 we completely rewrote how we capture the URL, so hopefully this issue is resolved. Thanks!
