Can't access the meta boxes in the post editor screen

    I have been a long time fan of this and other plugins you’ve created. However, this one no longer works for me. The issue is that the meta boxes for Content Audit Notes, Content Owner and Expiration Date all appear as partially opened meta boxes on the post editor screen. When I try to toggle them the two positions are closed and “not-quite completely closed” but I can’t access or even see any of the fields in each of these meta boxes.

    Any ideas?

    I’m on WP 3.5.1 multisite installation, activated on a site by site basis.
