Can't access the plugins page (neither the 'add new plugin' page)

  • I’ve had this problem since I installed WordPress and no one has been able to help me.
    I already tried resetting the plugin folder by FTP in all the ways possible.
    Already tried downloading fresh WordPress and re-uploading all the files except wpcontent and wpconfig.

    So I don’t know what else to do, I just can’t open the plugin page like I should be able to. If anyone can help me I would really really appreciate it. I’ve had this problem for over a week (probably two) and I’m starting to get desperate.

    The message I get everytime I try to access is:

    Oops! That page can’t be found.

    PS: My version is 4.3.1, first time I used WP on this site was on version 4.3 and it didn’t work either. Same problem.
