    Hi there.
I can’t access the Jetpack statistics. It just stands spinning. I have tried on several desktops and laptops. The same problem on them all. This happened after update to WP 5.5. Not sure it there is any connection or the problem just accidentally happened right after the update.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Are you referring to the stats page at WP-Admin ->Jetpack ->Site Stats? That stats page is working fine for me on Jetpack 8.8.2 and WP 5.5 on my own site, so it doesn’t appears to be a WP 5.5 issue.

And I don’t see any issues with the Jetpack connection for your site, and can access your stats fine from WordPress.com’s end.

As you’ve already ruled out the browser, that only leaves a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except Jetpack, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem stats page load, enable them one by one until it breaks again to identify the source of the problem.

If you are able to install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

I have a multisite, 5 sites in different languages. I have checked them all now, and 3 of them works as they should, but 2 not. And I have the same plugins on them all. I have also checked the “site health”, and there is no info about plugin conflicts. Will anyway do the test you suggest and see what’s happen.
    Thanks for your reply ??

And before I did the test you suggested, I saw there was a new WP update, 5.5.1. So I updated to that and now everything is okay again. Must have been a bug that was fixed with that update ??

Glad to hear the update fixed the issue! Feel free to reach out again if the problem reemerges.

    Thanks,
