• Quite confusing problem we’ve got to be honest, we can’t access our site which is built using Word press and after pinging the IP address seems to be actually hosted with “liquid web”. Seen as we can get access to it outside of our work environment I’m guessing it’s a problem at our end with maybe the Firewall or some other network related problem… Anyone seen this before or have any idea’s about how to solve it? It loads fine without issues everywhere else we’ve tried it, just not on our own network.

    Thanks

You guessed right. I suggest that you have a word with the administrator of your place of work.

That would be me and my manager…
and we’re both quite stumped! ?? But thanks

Any chance of any direct contact details for WordPress support?

This is the only (free and volunteer staffed) support offered by www.ads-software.com.

www.ads-software.com doesn’t host any sites – so yes, Liquid Web is quite possibly the host for your site.

Have you done a trace route from your location to the server ? This will help you see if there is a problem in the connection to the host.

You can find out how to do one here… https://bit.ly/13BmycY
