    It looks like there is an issue with Jetpack’s connection on your site. That would explain the trouble that you’ve been having with stats.

    Could you please try disconnecting and then reconnecting Jetpack to WordPress.com?

    To do so, navigate to Dashboard > Jetpack. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link. After doing so, click the “Connect to Get Started” button to reconnect.

    Please let me know when you have done so, and I will check that your connection is working properly on our end.

    Hi Ryan, i just did what you have suggested for me. Now it is change to “There is an update available” i have one plugin not update yet cause i have modify source code so if i update i have to modify code again.

    Thanks for the update! I ran some tests, and Jetpack appears to be properly connected on your site.

    Are you able to access your stats now?
