Can’t access update page

  • Hi my good friends

    I am having trouble accessing my update page.

    Upon update of core to 6.7 and some plugins, at first when I login I got this message without being able to access the dashboard:

    No Update Required

    Your WordPress database is already up to date!

    Then I deactivated a plugin causing an error, and then the dashboard was now visible but same problem when I try to access Dashboard or Plugins link.

    I have an error on log: same error exists for every plugin I have:
