For some reason, the site can’t be accessed. It was working fine 3 days ago. No plugin or anything I can think of was installed prior and everything was fine. I am not sure what happened overnight. This site was migrated from Hostgator to Siteground and then the next day, this happened.

When I try to login or even when I type the site to check it out all it shows is “Invalid User Action”.

I contacted my hosting company Siteground and they said there is nothing wrong on their side so it must be from WordPress.

Please I need help! This is my client’s site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It looks like a problem with either your theme or your plugins causing PHP to die.

The first question would be to figure out if WordPress can run itself by disabling the plugins and switching the theme to a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen. You’ll need to FTP into the site and rename the plugins directory slightly. Test and if all is well then go back and test the plugins one at a time.

Else swap out the theme by renaming it and make sure there was some generic theme there… Hopefully, WordPress can run that then or you’ll need to come back and ask for some more help.

Can’t access my profile anymore. This is what it says after updating WordPress:

    ‘Database Update Required
WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.
The database update process may take a little while, so please be patient.’

    After this it says

    ‘Update Complete
Your WordPress database has been successfully updated!’

Then goes back to the previous screen
