Can’t access website anymore!!

I updated my website theme to Hestia and ever since then, I am unable to access my website dashboard. All that shows up is the following:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in D:\home\hnt13a186\wp-content\themes\hestia\vendor\codeinwp\ti-onboarding\includes\importers\helpers\trait-themeisle-ob-image-src-handler.php on line 8

I have tried to delete the theme but since I don’t have access to the dashboard, I am unable to do that. I also do not have an FTP server linked to my website. Please let me know if there is anything I can do, it would be much appreciated!!!
