Can't Access Website or Administration

  • When I try to go to my website, this is the error I get:

    I am not very tech-savvy. I would need step by step instructions on how to fix it so I can get the website back up.

  • You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to delete JetPack manually from your site files on the server here:

    wp-content
   plugins
     jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

    Ask GoDaddy for help using FTP or Cpanel if you don’t know how to do that.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I will ask GoDaddy because I don’t know how to use FTP or Cpanel.
