I am experiencing a critical bug where, with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin active, I am unable to access important WooCommerce pages such as settings and status. Instead, a blank page is displayed.

Despite deactivating all other plugins, isolating the Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce plugins, and switching to the Storefront theme on a duplicate site, the issue persists without any resolution.

It sounds like you’ve taken extensive troubleshooting steps already. The problem you’re experiencing with accessing important WooCommerce pages and encountering a blank page is certainly concerning.

Based on the symptoms you’ve described, including the error related to an undefined method in the fbinfobanner.php file, it appears this might be attributed to a broken plugin. Sometimes, updates or installation processes can fail, which may result in missing crucial files within the plugin.

To address this, I recommend deactivating and deleting the current Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and then reinstalling a fresh copy.
Make sure to clear the server-side cache (object cache) after deleting the plugin and then again after reinstalling the plugin.
