• Alright so I tried to switch my wordpress to another server and apparently it does not support 3.2.1 so now I am stuck and can not access the control panel to change back the directory location and what not to the old site. Is there anyway to go into the .php files and put it in manually?

  • I suggest you install a older version of wordpress, one the server does support. An other way is to check why the server doesn’t run 3.2.1, you probably need to upgrade php IF you are not on shared-hosting that is.

but how do i just put it back on the other site so it will run again since i cant access the admin

You can move the entire site via FTP except the database. Even if you are locked out the dashboard you can always access your site through FTP. But i assume you also have a backup of the site?

yeah but i went into the settings at set the wordpress directory to the other site that doesnt support 3.2.1

That shouldn’t be a problem, if you have a proper backup of your site you can upload it to your old site, or FTP the wordpress install and then import the database.
