Cant access wp-admin

  • Hello, a few hours ago i disactivated a plugin and since then i cant seem to access wp-admin, the site is still running but is and old version, wich is weird, but if i tried to acces wp-admin it says “ERR TOO MANY REDIRECTS”.

    Help me pls, im not an expert on this. Thanks.

  • Hi paleman0101,

    Since this is the case you should access your FTP server and rename the plugins folder to plugins.old.

    By doing this you will disable all active plugins and you should be able to access your WP-admin area.

    After that, you could enable plugins one by one and see which one is causing this conflict.
