Cant access WP admin after update

  • I was prompted to update to latest version. My site is working but when I try to access the admin I get this message

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_json_encode() in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/su/pp/ly/supplynepo.org/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 682

    Can someone help?!
