• Hi everyone.

I have a website managed through Plesk Onyx web host edition. Yesterday I purchased a subscription on Siteground to change hosting service. Through the cPanel in Siteground I installed WordPress, but when I try to access mywebsite.org/wp-admin I get a blank page with text saying I can’t access the page because of an internal server error.

I tried with two more computers and the problem is identical. After that, I tried using a different internet connection and it worked. I can access the WP panel if I’m connected to my phone’s hotspot, but not if I’m connected to my router. Obviously I need to be able to use my router.

I talked to three different people from Siteground support, and they had me clean the DNS cache and restart the router. Than someone else suggested I should turn off my computer for a couple of hours, though I fail to see how that would be helpful.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Debugging_in_WordPress

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.
