• I have received an email from WordPress to moderate a comment on my website. The link is:

    https://www.fromdesignintoprint.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=moderated

Every time I click the link I get:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/sandeecohen/from/wp-content/themes/azul/functions.php:6) in /home/sandeecohen/from/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 897

I’m extremely un-informed so telling me to edit a codex isn’t going to help.

I’ve logged into www.ads-software.com, and come here. But that’s about all I can do.

Your “azul” theme seem to be the error.

Try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment to rule out any theme-specific issue using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

There is a problem with your theme.

Using ftp or the file manager provided by your host rename wp-content/themes/azulto wp-content/themes/azul-old

This will force WordPress to open with the default theme.

It’s taken me a while to get back to this, but I don’t have the correct login to get into the ftp.

I’ve been using “admin” with the only password I know, but it doesn’t seem right.

So now I want to reset my password, but I can’t find out how to do that.

    Can someone help?

In WordPress, there is more than one way for Rsetting Your Password .

I don’t have the correct login to get into the ftp.

Contact your hosting provider and ask them. They should be able to assist you with that.
