Can’t Fully Activate

    I installed the Jetpack Search plugin today. I clicked “Activate” then clicked “Start for Free.” I expected to get a form to login to my wordpress.com account, but instead I got a spinner that never quit spinning. Am I doing something wrong? My internet connection is good.

    The plugin was activated but > Settings > Start for Free takes me back to the same never ending spinner.

    I tried logging into WordPress.com on a separate tab before trying again. Same result.

    Hi @gregfuller , thanks for checking out Jetpack Search.

    Could you check which version of WordPress is running on the site?

    In order for Search to work properly, the site should be installed on the latest WordPress release, 6.2.2, or two releases prior, meaning at least version 6.2.
