Same issue here but I have yet to receive a contact response. (I think message was sent to me during googles problamatic outage)

We use Google APP. The problem could be the outage.

Just so you know awesome. Already got a support response. You guys Rock ?? all taken care of (Just so everyone else knows it was a fat finger fumble when typing my email address not their fault at all)
