Can’t activate extensions

    I have EventPrime 4.0.4.5 installed. I can’t seem to activate any of my extensions, getting the message “EventPrime Admin Attendee Booking Extension won’t work as EventPrime plugin is not installed or activated.”

    Please ensure that you are using compatible versions, as EventPrime version 4.x is compatible with extensions of the same version, and version 3.x is compatible with its corresponding extensions.

    Download EventPrime Extensions:

    1. Visit the dedicated site for EventPrime at https://theeventprime.com/.
    2. Navigate to the “My Account” section on the website.
    3. Log in using your credentials (Username or Password).
    4. Click on the “Orders” tab to view your purchase history.
    5. Locate the specific order for EventPrime Business and click on “View Order Details.”
    6. Scroll down to the “Product” section where you will find the download option for each extension. The extensions with the latest in brackets will be the 4.0 versions, while the others will be the older versions.

    Thanks. I’ve raised a ticket as my eventprime licence is showing as expired despite me having a lifetime subscription via the metabundle+ – which is still showing correctly for RegistrationMagic and ProfileGrid.
