Can't activate geodirecotry genesis plugin

Hello,

I have the Genesis framework installed. I installed the GeoDirectory plugin. Then I downloaded the GeoDirectory Genesis plugin. I have tried to activate it 3 times but nothing happens. See screen shot: https://goo.gl/HLOiiJ

I then installed a child them to see if that would do anything but, nope. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Why can’t I activate it? Can you assist please?
