  • Hi @uraniumhazee,

    A 403 error indicates a security block.

    1. Do you use any security plugins that may block our access to your site’s xmlrpc.php file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file.

    2. Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your host.

Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to successfully connect Jetpack to WordPress.com.

I have no security plugin in my web site.
I talked this problem to my host prrovider and they checked but there is no problem with my host.

There is a wierd thing. :=)

My brother has web site in the same host provider. The plugin works excellent without any error.

I deactivated all plugins and changed to theme 2017 but it did not installed. This is so strange.

    When i visited xmlrpc.php
“XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.”

What do you think please help me.

    Thanks

I’m seeing a different error now. Would you please delete Jetpack and then reinstall and reconnect?

    Thanks!
