    Hello guys,

    I can’t activate any other payment types on my checkout settings. Only card will activate, ive deactivated them all and tried activating one by one but only 1 will display on the checkout page.

    It’s a bit strange as all the options work on my other sites. I’ve tried deactivating plugins etc but as this is a live site I can’t tamper with it too much.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi @akhaiba – can you link us to a product page that we can add to the cart to see as well?
    Additionally, can you send a screenshot of the ‘Payments’ tab in your WooCommerce settings?

    There is not a way to do that (send a private message here through www.ads-software.com support forums).

    The screenshot we’ve requested should not have any kind of sensitive info on it, only a general overview of the payment gateways installed, etc.

    Hello and thanks for coming back to me.

    I’ve attached a screenshot. I’ve tried disabling them all then enabling one by one etc but only the offline card payment will activate at the checkout.

    Could you try the following steps:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Try activating the payment methods and see if they appear on the checkout page

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
