Can’t activate Paypal

    I saw someone else posted about this same problem. I have Paypal setup and connected but the Paypal gateway button in Easy Digital Downloads is greyed out. I cannot enable it. Can you help please?

    I should also add that I tried to submit a support ticket through your website form but it doesn’t work. Clicking submit does nothing.

    Hi @stardaug

    We are aware of an issue when it comes to connecting PayPal in Sandbox mode but live mode should be unaffected. Please check under Downloads > Settings > Payments and disable Test Mode if you have it enabled.

    Then on the PayPal settings page you should be able to connect in Live mode and accept payments.

    Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to test in sandbox mode first. Are you working on a fix?

    I tested the form just now and it does work on my end. Try clearing the cache in the browser in case it’s not working for you or email us directly at the support@ inbox.
