Can't activate plugin

  • Hello,
    I am hoping someone can help me out. I previously had, and was using this plugin with no problem. I had to have all my plugins removed and re-activated because it caused some error to my site when I tried to “update all”. Anyway, now when I try to activate the plugin it tells me it triggers a fatal error. Please help! I need this plugin for my portfolio pictures:(

    Here is the message that I get when I try to activate the plugin:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /hermes/bosoraweb157/b1315/ipg.aikocunanancom/wp-content/plugins/portfolio-slideshow/lib/Plugin.php on line 57

  • I have the same problem.
    Tested in two different wp-installations with different themes but same error.

    I have the same Problem, after updating to 4.3.1 it gives me the same result
