Whenever I try and activate the plugin (no matter if I installed via FTP or via WP plugin installer) I just get a white page and from there on the plugin page refuses to load and instead always shows this white page. I have to remove the plugin files via FTP to be able to access the plugin page again.

I am using the most recent WP version and here is a list of the active plugins:

    Admin Columns Pro
    Admin Columns Pro – WooCommerce
    Adminimize
    Advanced Custom Fields PRO
    Better User Search
DHL Express/DHL Paket WooCommerce Versand mit Print Label
    Duplicate Post
    Easy WP SMTP
    MainWP Child
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    User Role Editor
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Create Customer on Order
    WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon CSV Import Suite
    WooCommerce Email Test
    WooCommerce Germanized
    WooCommerce Germanized Pro
    WooCommerce Product Bundles
WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping by Mangohour
    WPBakery Page Builder

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Stefanowitz

    Hi @stefanowitz,

Can you enable WP_DEBUG? (in wp-config.php)
A white screen usually means there is an error. When you enable debug mode (just shortly) you can see the errors that occur. Could you post them here so I can take a look?

    Thanks! Jory

Thanks for the fast reply! I just set WP_DEBUG to true, installed the plugin but upon plugin activation the screen is again white, with no error message whatsoever ??

    Hello @stefanowitz,

Maybe it’s deactivated on a higher level by your server/hosting?
Do you have access to the logs of your server? If so, do you see any errors there?

I don’t own all of your mentioned plugins since some of them are premium. For this reason I can’t properly debug myself.

Another way to possibly find the error is deactivating all plugins, enable View Admin As, and enable other plugins one-by-one. If there is a plugin incompatibility you should at least find with which plugin that is.

Let me know and thanks! Jory

    Hi @stefanowitz,

I haven’t heard from you since almost 2 weeks so I’m assuming that your issue is resolved.
Feel free to reopen this topic if it isn’t!

    Regards, Jory
