Can't activate Plugin (version 1.60) in WP 3.7.1

    I am trying to use the plugin in a freshly set up WP installation with the theme evermore. WP says it cannot activate the plugin because of:

    fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/goghch/htdocs/wp/wp-content/plugins/media-library-assistant/includes/class-mla-settings.php on line 2445

    Im helpless here…
