Can't Add 2nd Team Member

    Hey there, first all, great plugin compared to many other ones offering the same thing.

    My issue is that I can’t add a second team member, I click the button but nothing happens. Have tried re-loading page, publishing, previewing, new teams etc but no luck.

    It looks great with a single person but would love to be able to add more!
