Cant Add a new Section to Curriculum

  • I can not add anything under curriculum there is a plus sign and “create a new section” but the box is kinda blue and I can not click on create a new section with anything happening. I saw that there could be cache and plug-in conflict no cache program and have tried all the plugins and still can not create. An Ideas?
