Can't add a photo to a member.

I installed team manager v1.6.2, but the option to add a photo is not there. It as something to do with the wordpress theme. But our site is custom build so i can’t change it. Is there also a manual way to do it. Straigt in the code??? Or can it befixed. I hope so, because i really like the screenshots of the plugin.
