Can't add adds

Please provide a specific site link that is having this issue. Without a link to live site, it can and will prove most difficult to help.

That said, most commonly this is due to the content of the text widget added being too wide for the sidebar which pushes the whole sidebar below the content. Is the sidebar now below the content?
