Can't Add Breakpoints or Classes to Ignore

When I click to add in a breakpoint or class to ignore, nothing happens. The new value I typed in stays populated in the text field, but it doesn’t get added. There are also no default breakpoints, so I can’t really tell if the plugin is going to work or not. Any help?
