Can’t add categories, Visual vs. HTML isn’t working, Dashboard is screwed up

    I think there is something wrong with my Dashboard. Clicking on several buttons does produce any result. I clicked on the +Categories button and nothing happened, I also click on the HELP button and again, nothing. When I view my site, it goes there fine, but when I hit EDIT under a post, I come back to my Dashboard and the edit window is blank until I click HTML and then the code appears. When I click VISUAL, it blinks and the HTML code reappears. What the heck?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
